What is Edgewise Terminal?+
Edgewise is a statistical research and analytics platform for sports. It produces probability estimates, Monte Carlo simulations, Kelly staking calculators, edge detection and historical backtests — for educational and informational use only. It is not a bookmaker and does not place bets.
Is Edgewise legal to use in Australia?+
Yes. Edgewise is operated from Darwin, Northern Territory and complies with the ACMA regulatory framework. We provide research tools, not wagering services, and we hold no money or bets. You must be 18+ to use the Service.
Does Edgewise place bets or give tips?+
No. We never accept wagers, never place bets on your behalf, and never recommend specific bets. All outputs are probability estimates from statistical models. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make with third-party bookmakers.
How does billing work?+
Plans are Pro at A$79/month and Enterprise at A$149/month, billed in AUD via Stripe. New paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial — you are not charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel any time from your account settings via the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.
What is your refund policy?+
Outside the non-excludable rights granted under Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@edge-wise.org before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
Where does your data come from?+
We aggregate market data, scores, fixtures and historical results from licensed third-party providers including The Odds API and public sports data feeds. Probability outputs are generated by our own Poisson, Bayesian and Monte Carlo models.
How accurate are the probability models?+
Our models are calibrated against historical data, but probability estimates can be wrong and past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets move, injuries happen, and edges close. Treat every output as one input to your own research, not as a guarantee.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Authentication and ledger storage run on Lovable Cloud with row-level security. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it is used.
How do I get support?+
