Two-way sync mirrors every change you make here straight to a GitHub repo (and pulls commits back). Recommended for any project past the prototype stage.
- Connect once via the + menu → GitHub → Connect project.
- Use feature branches; enable Account → Labs → Branch switching.
- Squash merges keep history clean and minimise sync noise.
- Add a .gitignore entry for any build artefacts you don't want round-tripping.
Export app → Vercel
The repo is a standard TanStack Start (Vite) project — Vercel auto-detects it. No config rewrite needed.
- Connect the project to GitHub (panel left).
- In Vercel: New Project → Import Git Repository.
- Framework preset: Vite. Build: npm run build. Output: dist.
- Copy any VITE_* env vars from .env into Vercel project settings.
- Deploy. Subsequent pushes to main auto-deploy.
Note: backend routes (server functions, edge endpoints) bind to the Lovable Cloud project — point your Vercel build at the same Cloud URL via env vars to keep auth and data in sync.
